It's That Time of Year: Fall!Sparkler Post
Fall. Fall is the time apples become ripe. Some sweet, some sour, and some tart. Now is the time to buy some fresh cider. Add some spices and warm your cider up and it is a perfect morning drink on a cold fall morining. It is also that time of year again, for pumpkins and pumkin pie.
It is also that time of year again when the leaves on the trees change color and eventually fall off. From there the children will then rake them into huge piles and have fun jumping through them.
It is also that time of year again for farmers, as they put in the last of their harvested crops, uch as corn. They must finish before mean, cold and harsh winter comes along. We can now take down the scarecrows!
It is also that time of year again when we go Trick-or-Treating and we all get sick from all the candy we eat. Or we get diabetes.
It is also that time of year again, when we all give thanks over Thanksgiving meal. Yum. I can't wait for Thanksgiving as I am thankful for the food and delicious Pumpkin pie.
So, as we think about fall, and prepare for Thanksgiving. Be thankful, and think of why your thankful. I'm thankful for Thanksgiving and I am thankful I am not a Turkey!
