
I am wild about spring, girls. Wild, I tell you. For some odd reason, while most other seasons like fall and winter have had one, two, and maybe even three very popular trends, this spring is all about….everything! It’s almost like every trend from the past three years has been converged into this spring. Metallics, wide belts, soft and sweet, big and bold. You name it, it’s probably in for this spring, except the skinny jean…..
Here are a few of my favorite trends for Spring 2007…
Last week we learned that Claire was responsible for putting her mom in a coma and that she was—as many of us suspected—Jack’s sister, that Desmond saved Charlie’s life (again), and that a note was sent message-in-a-bottle style on a tagged bird’s foot in hopes of getting the word out about the crash and its survivors. Lots of cool stuff, yes, but you won’t care about any of it when you find out all that happened in this week’s episode. It’s all frenzy this time.
When I first heard that floral prints were the big thing for spring, I had a terrifying flashback to my sixth grade graduation and the hideous, flowery frock I wore. But then, after further investigation, I realized that this season’s prints are not the same Laura Ingalls frump sacks of yesteryear.
