#5: Polonius reading Hamlet’s smut

While Hamlet is running around acting like he’s one fry short of a Happy Meal, Polonius decides to show everybody the love letters that Hamlet wrote to Ophelia. If there is anything worse than writing love letters to someone and then getting soundly rejected, it is having the love letters in question being read OUT LOUD to your father by her father, and remembering you used phrases like “I have not art to reckon my groans” and “excellent white bosom.”
