Did you bomb your English Test?Dropped your phone in the toilet?Your best friend officially announced that she's dating your crush?
If you answered yes to any and/or all of these questions then...Congratulations! You officially are having a bad day. But wait, don't fret, here's a list of things you can do to help:
- Scream as loud as you can into a pillow. Flail your arms wildly for added effect. However, be sure you're alone as it could arouse concern.
- Use the same pillow and beat the feathers out of it. Added grunts can be benificial as well. Violence isn't always the answer, but in this case it can be.
- Go for a jog. Go swimming. Do something active. It helps get your mind off your problems and relieves your tension. Not to mention the health benifits.
- Go write a deep, dark, and sappy poem about your sucky day and publish it. Be sure to add imagery and symbolism. Then take the millions of dollars that you made with said poem and buy an isolated island where you may reside for the rest of your days, never having to deal with the stupidity of the human race.
