We've never thought of Miley Cyrus as particularly edgy, which is why her new haircut comes as such a pleasant surprise. It's a little emo, a little hipster, a little bed head, and—in our opinion—very original. We think the new cut makes Miley look like someone we'd want to hang out with. Do you agree?
