Chris Colfer's Novel Debuts Today

Chris Colfer's Novel Debuts Today

By Jennifer Grudziecki

Just in case you didn't already love Chris Colfer, who plays Kurt Hummel on Glee and wrote and starred in the movie Struck by Lightning, here's another little tidbit: he just wrote a novel. And we're not talking Miley-Cyrus-wrote-a-book-about-her-life novel, guys—Colfer's book is a real, actual novel for the kids-to-young-adult world.

His book, The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell (which he says he's been developing since he was ten), comes out today. It's about twins who fall into a fairy-tale world and meet all the fairy-tale characters they've read about. It sounds fun and cute, and if you'd like more info on the novel, check back Thursday morning—we'll have read the novel and gone to a talk with Colfer by then!

What do you think? Does Colfer's novel sound awesome?
