Demi Lovato—whose been under the radar lately—is making a comeback: she signed on as a judge for Simon Cowell's show The X Factor. So, we have three questions for you:

1. Is Demi actually, ya know, qualified to be a judge? (Are there really any qualifications?)
2. Isn't having Demi and Brittany Spears both on the show a little overkill?
3. HOW ON EARTH is nice, funny little Demi Lovato going to get along with Simon???
