The Creepiest Creeper Movies of All Time

The Creepiest Creeper Movies of All Time

By Kathryn_Williams

Hollywood loves it some creepers. From unrequited love to loneliness to extreme fan fiction, it seems there are myriad ways a character can go from unassuming weirdo to code red, nutso stalkerpants in 30 minutes or less. For Creeper Week, we honor the movies that disturb us even more than this ice cream truck.

Fear. We used to think it would be sweet if our boyfriend used a broken pen to tattoo our name onto his chest. Now it seems just a bit over the top. We hope that dart was sterilized first.

Single White Female. The minute my roommate dyes her hair blonde, she's outta here. Just to be safe, I will also never own a pair of stilettos.

Fatal Attraction. That rabbit never did anything to Glenn Close.

Vanilla Sky. The takeaway from this film: Never get into a car with your ex.

The Hand that Rocks the Cradle. The takeaway from this film: Greenhouses are dangerous, and asthma is no laughing matter.

One Hour Photo. Robin Williams is supposed to be funny and hyper and talk about his dead wife farting. We'd like to go back to thinking the scariest part about him is his supremely hairy chest.

The Bodyguard. Two words: albino stalker. Not this one. This one.

Cape Fear. A movie so creepy, they made it not once, but twice. And these are no ballpoint pen tattoos.

There's Something about Mary. Dude has zits in his EYES.

The Cable Guy. Clearly Jim Carrey picked up a few pointers from his role as Chip the Cable Guy.

Sleeping with the Enemy. We still shiver when we think of all those alphabetized soups, and our bath towels simply cannot be hanging at the same level, which is why we keep them on the floor.

The Crush. Before Alicia Silverstone was a vegan and after Cary Elwes was a farm boy, she played a heartsick, stalking creepazoid whose weapon of choice was wasps. Not this kind. This kind.

Did we miss any of your fave creepy movies?
