The Pros and Cons of Green Hair

There have been no less than 87 posts (I counted, so this is completely accurate) about the pros and cons of all types of hair. I didn't even know there were eighty-seven kinds of hair, much less that they had good and bad sides. Obviously, I was completely shocked when I saw that no one had written a post about green hair. I guess it's not all that surprising, since naturally green hair is so common that no one really wants to hear about it. But, what the heck, right? I'm here to represent the 99%.

Cons
1. Everyone has your hair color! It's awful.
2. People ask you if it's dyed. Like anyone would want to dye their hair green, or need to.
3. You can never, ever wear anything brown. Take it from someone who has been called a tree.
4. People won't stop touching your hair.
5. Depending on the shade, it can look terrible after it rains.

But that's not to say there aren't any good things about green hair!

Pros
1. When it looks good, it looks good.
2. There are a million shades of green, so it's hard to find someone with the exact same color.
3. Blue and pink look fantastic when you've got a head of green locks.
4. It's perfect for Christmas—just put on a red dress and bam, you're now full of the Christmas spirit!
5. Sometimes, it's nice to fit in. Green hair really helps if you want to be a wallflower.

I used to hate my hair when I was younger, but I've learned to adore my lime-green locks and flaunt them whenever possible. Trust me, if you're not happy with green, then you're doing it wrong, because green hair rocks.

Would you go green? Or are you already?
