The 12 Worst Things That Happen in the Bathroom

In order of increasing horribleness, I present the 12 terrible bathroom events you will find yourself dealing with at some point in your life:

12. Do people seriously just miss the bowl? REALLY? I'm not cleaning that up.

11. At a backyard party, and the bathroom window just happens to be facing the backyard? No shade, first floor? All of this makes for exceptionally paranoid peeing.

10. You're at school and need to go numba 2, but your friends are hanging out in the bathroom, and an awkward silence settles over the room. This inevitably leads to you rustling toilet paper and flushing 8 times in a row, desperately wishing they would just leave you in peace to do your business.

9. KNOCK KNOCK. "I'm in here!" DOOR OPENING ATTEMPT—SUCCESSFUL. "Are you kidding me? I TOLD YOU SOMEONE WAS IN HERE!!"

8. Have to go so bad you sit without looking? Yes, you are now sitting in someone's leftover pee.

7. Alone in the school bathroom, and you just realized your stall has no toilet paper. Time for the dreaded sprint to the other stall with your pants around your knees!

6. Oh, hello there: walking in on someone in your house bathroom. I didn't even know you were at my house...

5. "Umm...how do I flush your toilet??" HOW DO I FLUSH IT!?

4. The unintentional toothbrush-sharing with a sibling or parent. "Which toothbrush have you been using?" "The blue one." "YOU IDIOT!"

3. The toothbrush in the toilet. You couldn't turn on the lights and then pick up your toothbrush? (Did you rinse it off and use it anyway?)

2. For the ladies: there's no garbage can in this bathroom? I have to walk across the house, passing many people, to throw this out?!

1. Weren't looking before you sat down, and are now hip deep in toilet water because someone left the seat up? That's the scariest feeling ever.
