Okay, so maybe they weren't all "hats" in the strictest sense of the word. But they were headwear, in that you wear them sur la tête, they were upsetting, and we found them on the interwebz, specifically speaking on our favorite stock photo sites. And the winners, in a photo finish (heh, get it?), of our last Stock Photo Face-Off were the model impersonating Lady Gaga impersonating a chicken and Bonnaroo Barbie. (Please note that we checked with iStock and PETA, and no starfish were harmed in the making of this image.)
This week's SPFO is dedicated to those stock photo models who lack all sense of proportion when it comes to emoting for the camera. Because there's "give me pouty," and then there's "try to swallow your own head with your lip." The subjects of these gems were a little too excited for their stock photo close-up:
Photographer: "I said smell the flowers, not make olfactory love to them."
She got Lady Speed Stick in her stocking. Fresh Fusion scent.
But how would you expect someone who wears that much makeup to react to a photographer's prompt to think about her last Enya concert?
