Some tips: There's nothing wrong with blinking into your mascara, but make sure you start at the base of the lashes so you don't only cover the tips. Also, keep the wand strokes going in the same direction—either straight up (if you're doing round eyes or a natural look) or up and out (if you're doing contoured eyes/cat eyes/Marilyn eyes).
