The Friday Awards

Last week, you guys voted on how to spell the name of a Friday Awards recipient: "Frampion" or "Friampion"?

Here are the results!

"Frampion" got **tallying furiously** 21 votes.

"Friampion" got **tallying with angst and a cute pen** 24 votes!

But wait!

CoolWasabi had the idea to spell it "Fridampion," and three others vote for that. And MCgonagall62 had the idea to spell it "Friampion" but say "Frampion," and many of you liked that idea.

So in the spirit of compromise and jazz hands, we have decided to officially adopt MCgonagall62's idea to spell it "Friampion" but use "Frampion," whenever you happen to verbalize it, like at college interviews and on your wedding days and so forth.

However, in the spirit of awesomeness, we don't care if you stick to the rules. Call it "Fridampion-slampion-pampion" if you want. But for the record, it's "Friampion."

I would like to make a suggestion if any of you sparknotes editors just happen to glance at this comment. I think that it would be awesome if the website allowed you to comment on other sparklers comment- your comment would appear under said sparkler. I really want to respond to something someone has said, but in all likelyhood, this person may never see the response.

(It will probably take us a while for our busy tech team to get to this, but we really like the idea!)

Poor, poor Lisa. I predict she will waste away in room 117 (my favorite number!) creeping in bathrooms and stealing sharpies from the main office so she can write more graffiti. Eventually, she will try organic hummus and will love it so much that her life will be transformed. She will be motivated to start a greek restaurant/ psychiatrist office in Wisconsin, and will become famous for single handedly turning Waukesha into the next NYC.

Our washroom stalls have grafitti saying

Even though I know its a joke, it makes me look around for cameras anyways.
A lot of the stalls also have quotes from the bible and religious debates... and its a public school.

i volunteer at a retirement home and the old ladies are always, "ooh what long, pretty hair you have! i wish i could cut it off and have it." < not kidding, that's actually been said, and yeah it's as creepy as it sounds.

and to for a few weeks my homeroom smelt like rat pee. it was gross. at first we couldn't figure out what the smell was, but then one day we discovered a huge group of rats that had decided to take up residence under our building.
then this guy came along to try and get rid of the rats, and we use to talk to him through the vents on the floor. the teahcers thought we going nuts; coz occasionally people would lie on the ground, stick their head near the vent and scream: HELLO!!!! at the rat guy.
it was pretty fun.
