We all hate that school is back.
Every single day is a snooze fest and you wish with all your might that the period will end immediately (with the exception of that one super awesome teacher who talks more than he teaches so you don't have to do that much work).
I know how annoying the beginning of the school year is, is so I took it upon myself to make a playlist to get us through the day."I Will Survive" by Gloria Gainor (and other artists)
Everyone knows this song, and it's theme makes us realize that school won't actually kill us. It is sung in so many styles by so many artists on youtube, so take your pick!
"High School Never Ends" Bowling For Soup
Even though the subject depresses everyone, you can't help but love the lyrics and beat.
"Mood Rings" by Relient K
I love this song's amusing topic and catchy lyrics.
"I Want You To Want Me" cover by Letters To Cleo
These easy-to-learn, easy-to-sing, easy-to-love lyrics keep you going when you think you might not make it one more day. I recommend watching Ten Things I Hate About You (the movie, not the show) so you can fall in love with the song and the band that sings it.
"Wake Me Up When September Ends" by Green Day
September is here, and I think that this song is just what we need to make it through. It's a good song, it's easy to love, and it's fun to sing to (wouldn't be a bad choice to use in an American Idol tryout, eh?).
"21 Guns" by Green Day
This fairly new, totally awesome song will keep you from falling off your chairs and will help you do your homework.
If you have another song that'll keep me boppin my head while I do homework, please share so I can go buy it on iTunes!
