What's Up With the New/Old Site?! (No, You Have Not Gone Back in Time)

Heya Sparklers,

So, that new site was not behaving itself, and it needs a time out.

We know, we're making you a litttttle crazy with all these switcharoos. Let us explain:

Our number one priority is making sure you guys get SparkNotes study guides, and the new site was a little crabby about giving you access to those.

We created the new site to give us room to grow. The new sparknotes.com has tons of cool stuff like a Miss Marm page for writing help, more test prep help, amazingly useful flashcards, and quick quizzes to test your lit guide knowledge. All of this awesomeness wouldn't fit on the old site. But our servers, unfortunately, weren't quite ready for prime time.

What we're gonna do now is work on that spiffy new site, but keep the old one up while we squish some bugs. Thanks for all of your comments, suggestions, and help, Sparklers. We'll be back with a new and improved site soon. :)
