I just love the Friday Awards. They're like a blizzard of happiness, even when the theme of the week is...FAIL. With no further ado...

The Worst Last Day of School Award goes to:

mine was the worst. i should probably mention that i don’t live in the US. our entire class got the swine flu (from a friend of a friend who does live there), and even the few who didn’t (including me) weren’t allowed to come to school. my literature teacher literally started screaming because i came to clean my locker. at least my report card wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be :)

The Worst First Date Awards go to...

my first date sucked. we watched a movie with his family..uber awkward, then ordered chinese, which is suprisingly hard to eat ladilike. i felt like a goober:]

Sounds almost as bad as my first date - I had to get my dad to pick me up from the restaurant because I got sick!!! :P

My first date was awkward. We went to Starbucks and sat there for almost 2 hours. We didn’t talk. As in, once he convinced me that he really wanted to buy my hot chocolate, no more words were spoken until my mom came to get me.

Our next date was Prom, and you would have thought that’d be Disney-worth right? But it was basically the same deal. Haha, maybe that’ll happen in college.

I came all the way here, but then when I got here I realized that I wasn’t wearing shoes, and I had to go all the way back home to get shoes and then come all the way back here.

That actually happened once and I was late for school, but my teacher didn’t believe me. *sigh*

How did you possibly forget to put on your shoes??! Love that story...
